These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Siilo (the "Service"), a web application published by Christopher Pallant, trading as IamPalski ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
01The Service
Siilo is a workflow automation tool that lets you design, run and monitor multi-step workflows — for example routing documents for review, sending notifications and collecting approvals — including steps powered by artificial intelligence. The Service is intended for business and professional use.
02Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.
03Plans & payment
Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, billing periods and plan limits are shown before you subscribe. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
04Your data
You retain all rights to the documents, workflow definitions and other content you upload or create ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit Your Data solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload Your Data and to connect any third-party accounts you link.
05Integrations
The Service can connect to third-party tools (for example, email, chat and file-storage providers). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or how they handle your data.
06AI-generated output
Workflow steps that use AI — such as classifying, scoring or summarising documents — are produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output and for any decisions made using it, particularly legal, financial or other significant decisions.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
- upload content that is unlawful, infringing or that you do not have permission to process;
- use the Service to send spam or to build automations that harm others;
- interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems; or
- use the service in any way that could damage, disable or impair it.
08Availability
We aim to keep the Service working and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or withdraw the Service (or features within it) at any time.
09Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
10Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
