Last updated: 9 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of Stint: OMAD Fasting Tracker (the "App"), published by Christopher Pallant, trading as IamPalski ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms and the Apple terms described below.

1. Apple standard licence

Stint is licensed through Apple’s App Store. Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement applies to the App and is incorporated into these terms. If these app-specific terms conflict with Apple’s standard agreement, Apple’s agreement controls.

2. What Stint provides

Stint helps you record and time fasting sessions and view general stage information and reminders. Features may change as the App is improved.

3. Health disclaimer

Stint provides general information and a personal tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and is not a medical device. Fasting is not suitable for everyone. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before fasting, particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have diabetes or another medical condition, take medication, or have a history of disordered eating. Stop fasting and seek medical help if you feel unwell. Do not delay professional care because of information shown in the App.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to fast, using the App safely, entering accurate information and keeping any backup you need. You must not use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with it, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits.

5. Your data

Information you create in Stint remains yours and is stored locally on your device. We do not claim ownership of it. See the Stint Privacy Policy for details.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Stint useful and reliable, but do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or withdraw features. Any warranties, remedies and liability terms that apply to your App Store licence are set out in Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement and applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

Stint, its design, software and supplied content belong to Christopher Pallant or the relevant licensors. Your licence permits personal use of the App; it does not transfer ownership of the App to you.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the App or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be made available through this page or the App where appropriate.
