Stint: OMAD Fasting Tracker

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 September 2026

Stint is designed to work privately on your iPhone. Christopher Pallant, trading as IamPalski ("we", "us", "our"), does not collect, transmit, share or store your personal data on our servers through the App.

1. Who we are

Stint is published by Christopher Pallant (IamPalski), based in the United Kingdom. Questions can be sent to iampalski@outlook.com.

2. Information handled by Stint

Fasting sessions, preferences and other information you enter are stored locally on your device so the App can provide its features. We cannot see or access that information, and it is not sent to us.

3. Data collection and sharing

Stint does not create an account, collect contact details, use advertising or tracking technology, or include third-party analytics. We do not sell or share personal data.

4. Notifications

If you enable reminders, notification scheduling is handled on your device. You can change or disable notification permission at any time in iOS Settings.

5. Storage, retention and deletion

Your Stint data remains on your device for as long as you keep it there. You can remove records within the App where that option is available. Deleting the App removes its locally stored data, subject to any device backup you control. Because we do not hold this data, we cannot retrieve or delete it for you.

6. Apple services

Apple distributes Stint through the App Store and may process purchase, download, device or diagnostic information under Apple’s Privacy Policy. That processing is controlled by Apple and is separate from Stint’s own data practices.

7. Children

Stint is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

If Stint’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before the change takes effect where required.

9. Contact

For privacy questions, email iampalski@outlook.com.
