Habit data
The habits, check-ins, streaks, traits and notes you create. This is used only to power the App's tracking and insights.
Account information
If the App offers account or sync features, we may collect your email address to identify your account and sync your data.
Diagnostics
We may receive anonymous crash reports and performance data (for example, via Apple) to fix bugs.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your precise location, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not use your habits to build advertising profiles.
03How we use your information
- to track your habits and calculate streaks and trait insights;
- to send the reminders you enable;
- to provide, maintain and improve the App; and
- to respond to support requests and keep the App secure.
04Legal basis (UK/EU users)
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we process your information on the basis of performance of a contract (to provide the features you use), our legitimate interests (to keep the service secure and to improve it), and, where required, your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
05Sharing your information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the App (for example, cloud hosting), Apple for purchases, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
06Storage & security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, and data is protected in transit using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS). No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take your privacy seriously.
07Data retention
We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide the App or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your account and any associated data by emailing us.
08Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
09Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at iampalski@outlook.com. UK/EU users also have the right to complain to a data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
