✦ Orbit AI: Video Analyzer
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Orbit AI: Video Analyzer (the "App"), published by Christopher Pallant, trading as IamPalski ("we", "us", "our"), collects and uses your information. Because the App analyses videos, please read the section on user content carefully.
1. Who we are
The data controller for the App is Christopher Pallant (IamPalski). You can reach us at iampalski@outlook.com.
2. Information we collect
Contact information
If you create an account or contact us, we may collect your name and email address. This is linked to your identity and used to provide the App and respond to you.
User content — photos & videos
To analyse your content, the App processes the photos or videos you choose to submit. This content is used to generate your analysis and the resulting scores and suggestions. We do not use your videos to train third-party advertising systems, and we do not sell your content.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your precise location, and we do not track you across other companies' apps and websites for advertising.
3. How your videos are processed
Video analysis may be performed using automated systems and, where applicable, trusted third-party AI processing services acting on our behalf. Content is transmitted securely and processed only to provide you with the analysis you requested. We retain submitted content only as long as needed to deliver the feature, unless you have asked us to keep it as part of your account history.
4. How we use your information
- to analyse the videos you submit and return scores and suggestions;
- to provide, maintain and improve the App and its features;
- to manage your account and subscriptions (billing itself is handled by Apple);
- to respond to support requests; and
- to keep the App secure and diagnose technical problems.
5. Legal basis (UK/EU users)
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we process your information on the basis of performance of a contract (to provide the analysis you asked for), our legitimate interests (to keep the App secure and to improve it), and, where required, your consent (for example, when you choose to submit a video). You can withdraw consent at any time.
6. Sharing your information
We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run the App (for example, cloud hosting and AI processing), under agreements that require them to protect your data and use it only on our instructions;
- Apple, which processes purchases and subscriptions; and
- authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Storage & security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, and data is protected in transit using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS). No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take your privacy seriously.
8. Data retention
We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide the App or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your account information and any stored content by emailing us.
9. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at iampalski@outlook.com. UK/EU users also have the right to complain to a data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected here.
