These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of iampalski.com (the "Site"), operated by Christopher Pallant, trading as IamPalski ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Unless stated otherwise, the content on the Site — including text, layout, design, graphics, screenshots, the IamPalski name and the IamPalski logo — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view the Site and print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or otherwise exploit any part of the Site commercially without our prior written permission.

Our mobile apps are separate products with their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you download or use them:

Downloads and purchases through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's terms, and Apple handles all payments and refunds for them.

5. Guides and other products

Guides and prompt systems linked from the Site are sold and delivered through Gumroad. Your purchase is a contract with, and is processed by, Gumroad under their terms and refund policy. Our guides are provided for information only: they are not professional, legal or financial advice, and we do not guarantee any particular result from following them.

6. Enquiries and quotes

Nothing on the Site is an offer to enter into a contract. Any development work we agree to carry out will be covered by a separate written agreement setting out the scope, timescales and price. Information on the Site about the work we do is indicative only.

The Site links to third-party websites and services, including the Apple App Store, Gumroad, TikTok, X and GitHub. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or availability, and a link does not imply endorsement.

We aim to keep the Site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Site at any time without notice.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or anything you rely on from it.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
