These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website at iampalski.com (the "Site"), operated by Christopher Pallant, trading as IamPalski ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
iampalski.com is a personal and business site: it showcases products built by Christopher Pallant and offers software development and consulting services to businesses. It is not itself a product with an account or purchase flow.
02Products & app-specific terms
Some of the products featured on the Site — including Motryn, Siilo, Orbit AI, Thorts, Stint and HEXiT — have their own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which apply to your use of that product. Where there is a conflict between these site-wide Terms and a product's own terms, the product's own terms take priority for your use of that product. 03Using the Site
You may browse and use the Site for your own personal or business informational purposes. You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches these Terms;

If you contact us about hiring Palski for mobile, web, AI automation or dashboard work, any information you send us (for example, by email) is used only to respond to your enquiry. Getting in touch does not create a contract between us — the scope, pricing and terms of any project are agreed separately, in writing, before work begins. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional, legal, financial or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
06Third-party links
The Site links to third-party sites and services, including the App Store, product websites and social media. We do not control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data. Visiting a linked site is at your own discretion and subject to that site's own terms.
