This Privacy Policy explains how the website at iampalski.com (the "Site"), operated by Christopher Pallant, trading as IamPalski ("we", "us", "our"), collects and uses your information. This policy covers the Site itself; each product listed on the Site has its own Privacy Policy covering that product's app or service — see the legal hub for links.

Information you give us
If you email us or use a link on the Site to get in touch — for example, to enquire about hiring Palski — we receive whatever you include, such as your name, email address and the content of your message.
Technical & log information
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring page — for security and to keep the Site running reliably.
Local storage & cookies

- our hosting provider, which serves the Site and processes basic technical/log data on our behalf;
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr, third-party content delivery networks the Site loads fonts and a scrolling script from — your browser connects to them directly, so they may see your IP address when a page loads, in accordance with their own privacy policies; and
- authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use enquiry emails for marketing without your consent.
06International transfers
Some of the third parties above may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards they provide, such as standard contractual clauses.
07Data retention
We keep enquiry emails only for as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, to pursue any resulting project. Technical log data is kept for a limited period by our hosting provider for security purposes. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you by emailing us.

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
