Use of Orbit

Orbit provides AI-powered video analysis, feedback, scoring, and script improvement tools for creators.

You agree to use Orbit lawfully and responsibly.

AI-Generated Results

Orbit provides estimates, recommendations, and AI-generated feedback for informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

  • Viral performance

  • Views

  • Engagement

  • Revenue

  • Audience growth

Results may vary depending on content quality, audience, timing, platform algorithms, and execution.

User Content

You retain ownership of the videos and content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Orbit permission to process and analyze that content for the purpose of providing app functionality.

Subscriptions & Billing

Some Orbit features require a paid subscription.

Subscription pricing will be displayed in the app before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

After cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the current billing period ends

  • No future charges will occur unless you resubscribe

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform or violate these Terms.

You may stop using Orbit at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Orbit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost revenue

  • Platform performance changes

  • Content performance outcomes

  • Business losses arising from use of the app

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Orbit means you accept the updated Terms.
